We kindly ask that if you must change an appointment, please give at least a 24 hour notice.  This courtesy makes it possible to offer your reserved time to another guest .  We have many different ways that your appointments my be confirmed, including phone call, email and a text to your mobile device.  Please let us know your preference.  There is a rebooking charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less that 24 hours notice.  The charge is equal to the value of the services you requested.
